Marie-Lucille S.
Lead Vocals
With a background rooted in dance and theater, Marie brings a dynamic stage presence and expressive energy to every performance. She first discovered her love for singing in high school, performing in various chorus groups, and later continued to develop her voice through formal classical training in college. While music was always a part of her life, she began training more consistently during the COVID-19 pandemic at Clark School of Rock, where the band first met.
Drawing inspiration from powerful vocalists like Adele, Joan Jett, P!nk, and Lzzy Hale, her style blends emotional depth with raw edge and confidence. Whether delivering a soulful ballad or a high-energy rock anthem, she thrives on connecting with the audience and bringing intensity to the stage. Most of all, she loves performing with her bandmates, having fun and creating unforgettable live experiences together.
Mauricio V.
Lead Guitar
The first song he ever learned was “Sugar” by System of a Down — a fitting introduction to the power and unpredictability of heavy rock. From there, he continued sharpening his skills, developing a style rooted in dynamic riffs, intricate leads, and a clear love for the craft.
Joining the band at 30, Mauricio brings years of personal dedication and growth to the group. His playing blends technical ambition with raw passion, adding depth and intensity to the band’s sound. Whether he’s locking into a tight melodic line or stepping forward for a face-melting solo, Mauricio plays with the same excitement that first inspired him to pick up the guitar.
Georgette S.
Rhythm Guitar / Vocals
Outside of the band, Georgette works as a mental health clinician with teens in residential care and teaches psychology at New Brunswick High School. She is a huge supporter of student extracurriculars in her community and immortalizes their memories through photography. Whether in the classroom, behind the lens, or on stage, she brings the same spirit of creativity, empathy, and energy to everything she does.
Georgette’s love of music spans genres and formats, whether it’s catching a rock concert, a Broadway performance, or anything in between. She’s always looking for inspiration and hopes to one day create something original and meaningful of her own.
Xandra L.
Bass / Vocals
What started as a lockdown hobby and a lifelong desire to play bass turned into holding down the low end in a cover band. This isn’t her first time in music: she briefly played rhythm guitar in a band during high school while spending most of her time at hardcore and punk shows around New York City.
Those early days in the NYC hardcore scene shaped how Xandra hears music — driving rhythms, raw energy, and tight grooves. While she now draws influence from a wide range of styles, that foundation still fuels how she approaches every song.
"I’m not a pro, but I’m passionate about delivering solid grooves, no matter the genre."
Miller C.
Keyboards
Miller is the keyboardist of the band. His whole life he's worked on or around music and art, picking up any musical instruments he could get his hands on. He's always had an affinity for music and started dabbling with keyboard at an early age on a little plastic 61-key Casio with a "Chopsticks" tutorial. After later picking up guitar and drums, every instrument became a different side of music to explore with endless possibilities.
Miller's influences span a wide range of genres including heavy metal, electronic, rap, classical, and anything labeled as experimental. Miller has also taken up recording and music production to help bring together new and interesting ideas to life and to collaborate with other musicians.
An IT pro by day and a rockstar by night, Miller has developed a love for live music since his first show at 19 years old and took the plunge to join Raritan Road to be part of the noise.
Johnny K.
Drums
Outside of music, John has dedicated his life to public service. With a long career in emergency services, he currently serves as a paramedic and operations manager, balancing high-pressure responsibilities with his passion for performing.
A devoted live music enthusiast, John is a vocal supporter of the often-overlooked independent music scene. He’s known for questioning why so many fans flock to see legacy acts from the '70s and '80s while incredibly talented modern bands struggle to survive on merch sales alone.
John's influences span generations—from classic icons like Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty, to ’90s grunge, and today’s rock and punk scenes. His playlist includes bands and artists such as Foo Fighters, The Gaslight Anthem, The Menzingers, Hot Water Music, Rise Against, The Bouncing Souls, Frank Turner, and Dave Hause.
